Kevin Sherrington's a la carte: Jerry Jones could teach President Trump a thing or two about politics

Donald Trump's tendency toward hyperbole was on display again when he called booing at University of Phoenix Stadium during Cowboys' pregame demonstration "loudest I have ever heard." Reaction from Arizona crowd, ripe with Cowboy fans as usual, sounded more like buzz. Trump's "great anger"? Mass indigestion, maybe. ... Given Trump's initial reaction, then, interesting that he called Jerry Jones last week, gave him shout-out on Twitter. Jerry, who disavowed any implication of pat on back, could teach the president a thing or two about politics.

Speaking of politics, when asked what he thinks of Kevin Sumlin, John Sharp, Texas A&M chancellor, tells Texas Tribune he's not athletic director.
