AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Football junior DB D'Shawn Jamison and true freshman RB Bijan Robinson both earned their second Big 12 weekly honor of the season on Monday, with Jamison being named the Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week and Robinson earning Big 12 Newcomer of the Week honors.
Jamison, a Houston native, set a UT single-game record against Kansas State this past weekend, averaging 50.0 yards per kickoff return. He returned three kickoffs a total of 150 yards to break Fozzy Whittaker's nine-year-old school record that he set against Oklahoma State in 2011.
