Hunter Yurachek gives ridiculous reason why Texas is not in the CFP hunt

The College Football Playoffs Selection Committee released their penultimate CFP rankings last night, and though the Longhorns moved up to No.13, it still doesn't feel right.

When addressing the enormous burnt orange "elephant in the room" last night, Yurachek said:

"I can't predict what one's path
would be to get to the CFP either. It would have to be one
of the five highest ranked conference champions. Texas
does not play for the Southeastern Conference
Championship this weekend; that's not their path. Then
you'd have to be one of the seven highest ranked at-large
teams.
