Austin, Texas -- Toronto's rising rap star, Tory Lanez, is set to perform during halftime of the highly anticipated matchup between Texas Longhorns Men's Basketball vs. Kansas on Monday, Feb. 29. Lanez's single "Say It," with more than 47 million views on YouTube, continues to climb the charts and currently sits at number 3 on the Billboard Rhythmic Songs chart and number 30 on Billboard's Hot 100.
