NORMAN, Okla. – Texas Men's Golf assistant Jean-Paul Hebert has been named a finalist for the 2020 Jan Strickland Outstanding Assistant Coach Award presented by TaylorMade Golf Company as selected by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
Hebert is into his sixth season as the assistant men's golf coach where prior to this position he served as the team's volunteer assistant coach for three years. Since joining the Longhorns full-time, Hebert helped coach Texas to 19 team victories, three Big 12 titles, as well as top-five finishes at four of the last five NCAA Championships, including runner-up finishes in 2016 and 2019.
