Prior to the game between the Texas Longhorns and the Iowa State Cyclones, Austin-based Ghostland Observatory will headline the final Longhorn City Limits of the season, the school announced on Tuesday.
“Ghostland Observatory is the perfect fit to headline our final Longhorn City Limits concert this season,” said Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Affairs Drew Martin. “Fans can look forward to an incredible audio and visual experience at night on the LBJ Lawn. I’m so excited to see the energy they can give to the crowd before our game versus the Cyclones.”
The electro-rock-funk duo of Aaron Behrens and Thomas Ross Turner have been around the Austin music scene since forming the band in 2003.
