Four Texas players ruled out against Kansas State

The Texas Longhorns will be without a handful of players for Saturday’s road game against the Kansas State Wildcats, the school announced a little more than an hour before kickoff.

Freshman cornerback Jahdae Barron will miss the game with a back injury, junior safety BJ Foster is out with a hamstring injury, junior running back Keaontay Ingram is still recovering from his high ankle sprain, and junior cornerback Jalen Green is also out with an ankle injury.

Ingram has reportedly opted out for the remainder of the season and is expected to enter the NCAA transfer portal after sitting out since he suffered his ankle injury against Oklahoma State in late October.
