The Longhorns received a National Letter of Intent from kicker Joshua Rowland on Wednesday.
AUSTIN – Texas Football signed kicker Joshua Rowland (ROH-land) from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) to a National Letter of Intent on junior college signing day on Wednesday. He will enroll at Texas in January as a junior.
Rowland played two seasons at MGCCC and was a two-time all-region and all-conference honoree, and a second-team National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-American as a freshman in 2015. That season, he connected on 16-of-19 field goals and 44-of-44 extra points.
