AUSTIN, Texas – Head Football Coach Tom Herman and three members of his leadership council (Jerrod Heard, Malcolm Roach and Anthony Wheeler) presented the Governor's Cup to Texas Governor Greg Abbott on Wednesday morning inside the Texas State Capitol. The Longhorns brought the Governor's Cup home to its rightful place by virtue of their 48-45 win over Oklahoma in the AT&T Red River Showdown on Oct. 6.
