Texas head coach Charlie Strong smiles as he leaves the field after a 23-17 win over Baylor at McLane Stadium on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, in Waco, Texas.

The idea that Texas' Charlie Strong can't out recruit Texas A&M has been dispelled, according to a recent story by ESPN's Jeremy Crabtree.

"It's clear to everybody that recruits in Texas, and against Texas and Texas A&M, that there is a lot more love for Charlie than Kevin (Sumlin) now, especially with the difference-making recruit," a Power 5 assistant coach that recruits Texas told Crabtree.
