With spring practice concluded, Texas coaches are on the road, including special teams coordinator Jeff Banks, who watched the 6’2, 225-pounder practice on Wednesday and officially extended an offer to O’Neal the same day.
O’Neal wasted little time committing as the Longhorns had already built a relationship with Banks inviting O’Neal to a spring practice in late February and hosting the Kohl’s five-star prospect at the end of March.
