AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Football junior offensive lineman Samuel Cosmi and junior JACK Joseph Ossai were named to the Associated Press' 2020 All-America teams on Monday. Cosmi earned third-team honors, while Ossai was a first-team selection. It is the first career All-America honor by one of the five recognized publications (AFCA, AP, FWAA, Sporting News, WCFF) for both.
Cosmi, a team captain, started the first eight games of the season. In that time he led the team in total first down/touchdown blocks (25), total knockdown blocks (28) and total intimidation/dominant blocks (12).
