AUSTIN, Texas – Texas women's basketball junior forward/center Charli Collier was named to the John R. Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 Watch List, the Los Angeles Athletic Club announced Wednesday. Collier is one of only three Big 12 student-athletes to be recognized by the Wooden Award's midseason watch list.
A native of Mont Belvieu, Texas, Collier has been one of the nation's most dynamic players throughout the 2020-21 season thus far. She is currently averaging 23.4 points and 10.7 rebounds per game, making her one of only five players nationally to average a 20-and-10 double-double this season.
