This was undoubtedly his best performance of 2025, and the exact type of game that Longhorn Nation has been waiting to see from him. Despite the majority of the game being a great experience, two key events caused Texas fans to explode.
The first one being the insane unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Diego Pavia that gave Vanderbilt an extra 15 yards when Pavia clearly held onto Xavier Filsaime and drug him down with him.
