The Longhorns officially announced that Arch Manning suffered a concussion against the Mississippi State Bulldogs, and that he missed practice today due to being in protocol.

Depending on the severity of the concussion, which hasn't been disclosed yet, it can take anywhere from 7-14 days to recover. That makes his availability for at least week 10's matchup against Vanderbilt in serious doubt.
