After the comeback of a lifetime, Texas quarterback Arch Manning hit his head on the turf, and he clearly hit it hard. The Longhorns' QB exited the game and, luckily, backup quarterback Matthew Caldwell was able to finish the task at hand.
Manning had to be helped up, helped to the sidelines, and helped to the medical tent. Simply put, things weren't looking great for the legacy quarterback.
Yes, Caldwell entered the game and pulled off the overtime win, but it's never a comforting feeling when your starting quarterback looks like he doesn't even know where he is.
