IRVING, Texas — University of Texas redshirt sophomore guard Andrew Jones has been named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Co-Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday. This marks Jones' first career weekly league honor.
Jones averaged a team-best 22.0 points and 3.5 rebounds in 39.1 minutes per game in UT's pair of wins last week against No. 20/19 West Virginia (Feb. 24) and No. 22/21 Texas Tech (Feb. 29).
