Former UT great DB Aaron Ross visited practice Friday, sharing his roots and the Texas Football family with his son.
AUSTIN, Texas – Each new day at Football preseason camp means a new visitor on the sidelines, and Friday morning came with an appearance from former defensive back Aaron Ross. The 2006 Jim Thorpe Award winner, 2005 National Champion and two-time Super Bowl Champion was happy to spend time at place that, as he puts it, is "in his blood."
"I say it all the time around my peers and especially around my wife (Olympic Gold Medalist and UT National Champion Sanya Richards-Ross), I'm happy to see that Texas has brought back that pride in our football program," Ross said.
