Armwood wide receiver Agiye Hall included the Horns in his 12 programs on Saturday afternoon. According to 247Sports, 41 schools have put an offer on the table for Hall, and out of all of the programs he listed in his final 12 schools, the Longhorns stand alone as the only school that doesn’t show up in the offer section.
