In the aftermath of a major surge on the recruiting trail, the Texas Longhorns have extended another offer to a highly-touted 2021 talent, with the latest example coming in the form of Plant City (Fla.) product Mario Williams, he announced on Friday.
Currently regarded as the nation’s No. 6 wide receiver, per the 247Sports Composite, Williams’ Texas offer brings his total to 25, as the Horns join the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, and Tennessee in the mix.
His only Crystal Ball pick to date favors Oklahoma.
