The Longhorn Stars At Night camp event is already proving fruitful. Orlando Jones (the HS, not the actor) LB Marcus Tillman Jr committed to the Longhorns, giving them their second out of state linebacker commitment in a down year in-state at the position.
Tillman has HUDL film taken from a wino’s flip phone, but it shows an active safety/rover athlete who is comfortable in coverage and blitzing. I want to see more of him as a senior before offering my rubber stamp, but clearly he showed well enough in person for our staff to earn the offer.
