The Texas Longhorns have extended an offer to 2017 five-star defensive tackle Marvin Wilson (Bellaire, TX) during his unofficial visit to Austin this weekend.

Wilson is the top rated defensive tackle in the 2017 class and already has nine offers from powerhouse programs. He recorded 15 sacks and 19 tackles for loss as a sophomore last season.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pounder is one of six 2017 prospects Texas has offered, and the Longhorns are considered the early favorite to land him.
