Texas A&M QB Kyler Murray To Transfer

The Texas A&M Aggies may have just lost another talented QB. Last week, Kyle Allen announced that he would transfer from the school. Now, true freshman Kyler Murray is reportedly going to leave the school.

Allen and Murray split starting duties this season, and now it looks like the Aggies will be without both. They were both five-star QB recruits and the Aggies landed Murray after a late push from the Texas Longhorns. Murray was the No. 1 dual-threat QB in last year's class.

Murray played in eight games this season. He started a few of them, before Allen regained the starting job at the end of the season. Murray completed 59.5 percent of his passes for 686 yards, 5 TDs and 7 picks in those games. He also added 335 yards and a score on the ground.

With Murray and Allen out, the Aggies will start Jake Hubenak at QB in the team's bowl game. The junior college transfer played sparingly this season and is the only QB with any experience.

As for next season, the Aggies will have Hubenak and potentially recruit Tate Martell. He's only a high school junior, but is going to try to graduate early so he can join Texas A&M next season.
