News came down today that one of Texas A&M football's highest-rated commitments, KJ Edwards, is set to take some in-season visits to a pair of SEC rivals, as reported by Landyn Rosow. Close followers of Edwards' recruitment should not be surprised to learn that those two programs are Texas and LSU, as they are the two who have been after him the hardest, behind the Aggies themselves.
However, though this is not an ideal scenario, Texas A&M fans should in no way be freaking out. The Aggies still have a lot of things going for them in this recruitment, not the least of which is the fact that they are the school that he's actually pledged to at this point!
