UNIVERSITY PARK -- When Kenny Hill arrived at Texas A&M, Matt Davis was on his way out, leaving Hill and junior Matt Joeckel battling to become Johnny Manziel's backup.

Joeckel bolted for TCU, knowing Hill was the favorite in College Station. Davis eventually landed at SMU as the heir apparent to former Texas transfer Garrett Gilbert.

Now, three years later, Hill has left A&M for TCU and will make his fourth start for the Horned Frogs on Friday at SMU.
