One of Texas A&M's reported targets to replace its outgoing men's basketball coach had little to say on the subject when asked about it on Wednesday.
Virginia Tech coach Buzz Williams issued a very tame answer when the topic was brought up after the Hokies beat Miami (Fla.) in the second round of the ACC tournament.
"I've never commented on jobs," Williams told reporters in New York. "I don't think that's appropriate by our kids. Where I'm employed, that's just -- I can't control what people say. I've got to make sure I'm doing my best with these guys.
