Somehow, despite looking disjointed, sloppy, and desperate for any sort of spark, this Aggie team was only down 14-7 at halftime. Oklahoma’s missed field goal at the end of the half was another pivotal point in the momentum chart since they were getting the ball back after kickoff, but any sort of crowd energy that may have generated was erased immediately when the offense got the ball back with just over 30 seconds left and made no effort to move down the field before the whistle.
