Once again, the SEC leads the rest of its "power five" peers by a wide margin in an interesting NFL draft category.
The conference totaled 90 invitations for the upcoming NFL draft combine, according to SEC Network host Peter Burns. Fifty-two of those are from the SEC West, which is better than three other P5 conferences.
That includes the Big 12, which received 33 invitations. Texas A&M, one of the seven teams in the SEC West, is making sure future recruits are aware of the numbers.
