Texas A&M football has swept the board in this week's power rankings from the SEC Network crew, earning the top spot from Chris Doering, Benjamin Watson, Alyssa Lang, and Dari Nowkhah:
Each of these hosts had been somewhat dubious of the Aggies in the preceding weeks, with most ranking the Alabama Crimson Tide above A&M as 'Bama navigated a tough schedule. A&M's hardest part of the schedule all comes in November, however, so if they keep winning, they will only rise in estimation— and this is the first sign of that.
Of course, the Aggies have been tops in our power rankings since early on in the season, given their resounding triumph over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish— a win that looks as though it has only propelled them on to greater heights since that point.
