Texas A&M fans everywhere were incensed when their quarterback commit, Helaman Casuga of Corner Canyon, Utah, didn't get any sort of ratings bump after finishing in a close second at the Elite 11. Not only would this have been impressive for a healthy quarterback, but Casuga was coming off of a season-ending injury, so it should have been even that much more notable.
Instead, he remains a fringe top-250 prospect on some sites, despite demonstrating quite clearly that he's a superior passer to several ranked ahead of him. Since he didn't have much junior tape thanks to the aforementioned injury, though, his play in his senior year could help him take that leap.
