Obviously Jimbo was staying optimistic, but should we be seriously concerned about Vernon Jackson's future?
Baby: Until more information comes out about Jackson's progress, there will be a lot of concern surrounding his ability to play football again. Jackson's injury could have been catastrophic. Not to get too morbid here, but football players have died after sustaining similar neck injuries. Based on the few public comments that have trickled out, it does appear to be a serious injury so we'll see how he continues to recover and what that means for his football future.
