Those present at SEC Media Days had high praise for Texas A&M football, for the most part. With the offense set to take Texas A&M to new heights starting on August 30 against UTSA, it's beginning to look pretty clear to the media that Texas A&M is a dark horse team that the SEC might not see coming until it's too late.
UTSA has made plenty of noise in this decade. The Roadrunners under Jeff Traylor have won multiple bowl games, with the highlight of his tenure coming in 2021 when he won UTSA its first Conference USA championship.
