All the excitement for Texas A&M Football was halted by a bit of disappointing on Wednesday, as one of the Aggies’ top targets commited to Texas.
That target was Vernon Broughton, a four-star defensive tackle and one of the top recruits in the Class of 2020 in the state of Texas.
Broughton had scheduled his commitment for Tuesday, but rescheduled it due to Tuesday being his birthday. Up to his decision, all signs had pointed to Broughton committing to Texas, as he had even tweeted out a picture of him in a Longhorns uniform for his birthday.
