After a heartbreaking Haynes King injury, Zach Calzada will take over as the Texas A&M Football team’s quarterback for at least the next month. Today, I’m going to cover all of the information that we know about King’s injury right now.
Before that, however, let’s give a little bit of background on the situation.
Late into the offseason, Haynes King was announced as the team’s starting quarterback. He kicked off the season with an up-and-down game against Kent State that featured a productive day through the air with minimal mistakes.
