Some surprising news was released on Friday, as it was announced that junior defensive back Derrick Tucker was arrest on Thursday on charges of assault stemming to an incident on March 24th.
Brian Bass of The Batt broke the news, saying in an article that “According to the police report, Tucker and another individual got into a physical altercation following an argument over tacos. After the initial altercation that left the other man with bruises and scrapes on his legs and hands, Tucker allegedly returned to the scene where he hit the man in the back of the head”.
