For each of the past three springs Damion Ratley‘s name was penciled in as one of the starting wide receivers at Texas A&M. By the time the September had come to a close Ratley was nowhere to be seen.
Finally, after years of dropped passes and disappearing acts, Damion Ratley put it together and was able to parlay a strong senior season into a 2018 NFL Draft pick. The Cleveland Browns selected Ratley with the first pick of the sixth round (No. 175 overall).
Ratley was one of the Aggies’ most reliable deep threats in 2017.
