The Texas A&M Football team had a relatively disappointing season offensively in 2021. Even though they came to a 9-1 finish, the team relied on its defense to guide them to their Orange Bowl victory.
Kellen Mond and company didn’t have a bad season, but they were around average in the SEC. A strong offense would have propelled them to the next level.
That said, this was by no lapse of effort by the offensive line and runningbacks room. In 2020, the team accumulated over 2,000 rushing yards, about half of which went to starting runningback Isaiah Spiller.
