Texas A&M Football has made it a point to not focus too much on the rankings, especially with a game as big as week four’s game looming.
However, at least for the fans, the Aggies’ performance in the recent AP Poll rankings has been a source of major frustration.
First, the Aggies fell from 12, their preseason ranking, down to 16 after losing to Clemson. While the Aggies falling after a loss was inevitable, the Aggies falling a whole four spots after losing to the top ranked team in the country is frustrating.
Then, the Aggies came out with a big bounce-back win on Saturday, demolishing FCS opponent Lamar by the score of 62-3.
