It had been a little more than a month since Texas A&M had picked up a commitment. The latest came in early march when linebacker R.J. Orebo pledged to sign with the maroon and white. Orebo was the seventh commitment in the 2019 class – on Saturday the Aggies got commitment number eight.
Katy Taylor defensive end Braedon Mowry became the latest Texas A&M commit. With him in the fold the Aggies’ retain a top five recruiting class, checking in at No. 4 in the latest rankings. Mowry is fifth defensive player in the class so far and the second defensive lineman.
