Texas A&M football 50 in 50: What are realistic expectations for 2019?

The hype for the 2018 season was real. Jimbo Fisher was easily the splashiest head coaching hire in Texas A&M football‘s history, bringing a national championship pedigree from Florida State and joining an athletic department with increasingly deep pockets. Pretty much all fans of Aggie football are expecting big things, but when those big things happen is up for debate.

Realistically, a coach coming in with a brand new offense and a completely different way of doing things was always going to take a couple of years to turn around. Expecting Fisher to win in the first couple of seasons is asking too much.
