Texas A&M finally benefits from targeting call, but only before another Aggie gets whistled for the penalty

COLLEGE STATION -- It wasn't his highest rushing total this season, but Texas A&M junior Trayveon Williams had arguably his best performance of the season on Saturday against Mississippi.

Williams had 231 yards on a career-high 31 attempts in the Aggies' 38-24 victory against the Rebels. The total yardage was nine yards shy of tying his 240-yard performance against Northwestern State in this year's season opener.

However, this outing at Kyle Field could be deemed more significant since it came against a Football Bowl Subdivision opponent. Saturday's game was the fourth time he rushed for more than 200 yards or more.
