This weekend will mark the opening weekend of Southeastern Conference play for Texas A&M Baseball with No. 1 Vanderbilt coming to Blue Bell Park. In preparation for the series against Vandy, the Aggies lost in their first true road trip to Dallas Baptist (5-4).
Chandler Jozwiak got the start and pitched three innings giving up one earned run. That run ended up being the jump start that the Patriots needed. They would score twice more in the fourth and sixth to produce a 5-1 lead before the Aggies responded with three in the seventh.
