The SEC's decision to go to nine conference games starting next year has resulted in shockwaves being sent around the league, and even around the entire country. Though this was always seen as a possibility, the implications here are pretty massive for all SEC teams— including Texas A&M football.
Of course, as fan reaction lit up social media last night, one thing that Aggies began to wonder was how the coaches see something like this. After all, one extra conference game can't exactly raise the chances that an SEC team will go undefeated, right?
The narrative coming out from the normal rabble-rousers and comment-section lurkers around A&M spaces was that the Aggie faithful were not happy to see this, given that schedules were about to become tougher.
