Johnny Manziel has had enough. As the former Texas A&M star quarterback continues to work towards an NFL comeback, he has been mentioned in the same breath as former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick.
Kaepernick is out of the league as well, but many believe he is being given the cold shoulder by NFL teams because of his fight for social justice and kneeling during the national anthem. Meanwhile, Manziel is out of the NFL for very different reasons, notably his troubles off the field with the law. Kaepernick's NFL resume is also far more advanced than Manziel's something the former Cleveland Browns first-round pick acknowledged in a series of tweets praising and defending Kaepernick:
