Is Johnny Manziel headed to the AAF? A league co-founder says their due diligence is 'probably 50 percent done'

Former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel is searching for a new football home after he was released from the Montreal Alouettes in February. According to former Indianapolis Colts GM and AAF co-founder Bill Polian, The AAF could be a potential landing spot for Manziel.

AAF co-founder Bill Polian on the possibility of Johnny Manziel signing with the Alliance: "We had what I would characterize as feelers from people close to him. We are in the process of going through our due diligence. That’s, I would say, probably 50 percent done."
