It looks like Florida has to deal with more than just DJ Lagway's decision to transfer, as one of his targets has also just made the decision to enter the beloved transfer portal.
Just days after Lagway decided to leave, that opened a window for 6-foot-8 monster tight end Hayden Hansen to leave and find a new home. With Boerkircher playing in his last few games as a senior, the time will come to find a new face at tight end. Hansen's size seems perfect for run blocking.
Hansen would be filling some big shoes, as Boerkircher will cap off his senior season at the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl.
