Best in Texas (3/7): Texas A&M closes out regular season with unanimous spot atop the poll

Last week, voters were torn over the best team in the state, voting for four different programs.

This week, there is not such difference of opinion.

Texas A&M closed out the regular season strong enough to earn its spot atop the Best in Texas rankings with all 12 first-place votes.

Here's a breakdown of the poll.

Note: All AP rankings are from the week of Feb. 29.

1. Texas A&M Aggies: 120 points (12 first-place votes)
