A&M's Jimbo Fisher explains why being 'engulfed' in Aggie culture created more self-pressure to win

When Jimbo Fisher initially arrived in Texas A&M, onlookers pointed out that the new football coach perhaps didn't feel completely at ease in his new surroundings.

Take the following video of Fisher swaying during the "Aggie War Hymn," for example. The lack of hip movement and one-sided rocking showed the $75 million football coach was still getting used to things in Aggieland.

But in an extended interview released by Texas Monthly on Tuesday, Fisher seems to be more settled in at his new job.
