Athing Mu had an absolutely dominant freshman season for Texas A&M Track & Field, and her dominance has only continued as she has gone pro and entered the world stage. On Tuesday, she became the first American woman in more than 50 years to win a gold medal in the 800 meters. Her time of 1:55.22 is also a new American record.
