Texas A&M landed a commitment from one of the top players in the 2022 class in defensive tackle Walter Nolen.
The 5-star recruit's father informed 247Sports' Steve Wiltfong of Nolen's decision on Saturday.
Nolen is the No. 2 overall player in a 2022 class that has a lot of top defensive talent, per 247Sports' composite rankings.
Regarding his commitment, Walter Nolen Sr. said: "Like I said before they play the style of football he plays. He'll fit in my eyesight, he'll fit in well. It's a gritty, it's down in the trenches, it's dirty, you have to be physical up front.
